Chiesetta di Santo Spirito
As soon as you reach this small basin crowded with tall and long‑lived lime trees at the foot of Mount Mladesena, it will not be difficult to imagine why, since the year 1000, there has been evidence of a sacred building in this place.
The chapel strikes for its simplicity: it was founded in the mid‑fifteenth century but was rebuilt, on the original foundations, twice; the one we can see dates back to 1949. Inside, above the marble altar, are the statues of Saint Nicholas and Saint Sebastian, with the central altarpiece in which the Most Holy Trinity pours the Holy Spirit upon Mary and the apostles.
