Chiesetta di Sant’Andrea Apostolo
The building has an almost imposing structure compared to the other votive chapels. You enter from the side door; the triumphal arch leads into the chancel where there is a gilded altar, richly carved, made in 1695 by the master carver Luka Scharf: it includes statues of Saint Andrew and the Apostles. The two repainted columns in faux marble are also very elegant. As you exit, under the porch arch, you can read the date 1530. In the past, you could access the belfry to enjoy an exciting view and observe the bells: one was made by the Franchi foundry in Udine in 1668 and then recast by the De Poli foundry in 1925.
